We take the time to meet and discuss your requirements and your vision.At this point you will share with us any documentation you have that would help us to analyze the plans, existing plans and any construction documentation.
DESIGN
An exciting part of the building process where we put your ideas on paper and create your home design with floor plans and elevations as required, with our team and associates. Consult with the relevant professionals and develop construction documents as required.
SELECTION
Working with our team, you make all the relevant selections necessary for the start of construction and this forms part of the Finishes schedule as per your needs.
COST ESTIMATE
We prepare a cost estimate based on the initial design and make any changes necessary to gain your approval to proceed with the construction.
CONTRACT
On acceptance of the quotation, Master Builder Contracts are prepared for you to sign via DocuSign.
We use a plain English contract provided by Master Builders.

Frequent updates via email and meetings, along with regular scheduled site visits so you can see your home come to life!

Handover & Final Acceptance
